Strawberries and Citrus
This light and refreshing dessert, from Dr. Sukol's kitchen, is a sweet end to a heavy meal or a colorful side dish for a picnic.  She recommends using fresh juice and serving in wine glasses with butter leaf lettuce for presentation. 
 
Yield: 6 servings
 
Ingredients:
1 quart strawberries
Juice of 4 lemons
Juice of 3 oranges
2 tablespoons all natural, fruit-sweetened strawberry jam
Sprig of fresh mint or basil for garnish
 
Preparation:
1. Cut strawberries.  Set aside.
2. Juice lemons and oranges and mix with jam.  Pour over strawberries.  Add mint and enjoy!
