Q: What is Medical Makeup?

Dermablend Medical Makeup is manufactured to deliver lightweight, consistent, and flawless skin coverage and is:

• Smudge-resistant*
• Long lasting up to 16 hours*

Cover Crème foundation - “Full coverage foundation for moderate to major skin flaws delivers 12 hours of consistent color wear.  Lightweight formula glides on evenly and delivers all day hydration as well as SPF 30 sunscreen protection.  It is water-resistant and smudge-resistant when used with Setting Powder.”  For moderate to major skin flaws such as Vitiligo, Birthmarks, Rosacea, Pigmentation Disorders, Post-operative bruising, Scars, and Burns.

Loose Setting Powder - “Micronized talcs that set make-up and reinforce wearability.  Transparent upon application and fragrance free."

Leg & Body Cover Foundation - “Full coverage body foundation with a lightweight formula that easily glides on larger skin surfaces.  Provides SPF 30 sunprotection and delivers a flawless look for 16 hours of consistent color wear.  Water-resistant and smudge-resistant when used with Setting Powder.  For skin flaws such as Tattoos, stretch marks, varicose veins, spider veins, bruises, scars, and burns.”

Quick-Fix Concealer – “an improved lightweight formula with high purity pigments, Quick-Fix offers improved skin tone shades and texture with long lasting wear.  For moderate to major localized skin flaws, Quick-Fix provides buildable coverage that wont enhance the appearance of wrinkles or pores.  For skin flaws such as scars, bruises, freckles, dark under eye circles, blemishes, and age spots.”

Q: Do you provide samples of medical makeup?

No.  Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide us with makeup samples to supply to our customers.

Q: If I buy makeup and then find out it’s the wrong shade, can I return it for a refund or exchange it for a different color?

We at Cleveland Clinic Wellness customer care understand the difficulty that customers may experience when choosing a color.  Unfortunately, it is within our return policy to not accept any returns on items from the skincare line that have been opened or used.  The policy states:
“…no item from the skin care line, including but not limited to soaps, lotions and crèmes may be returned for any reason, except for container damage during shipping or the order was processed in error by Cleveland Clinic Wellness Enterprises LLC.”

Q: Which stores carry medical makeup in my area?

Our Wellness Store, located in Cleveland, Ohio on Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, carries the Cover Crème foundation, QuickFix concealer, Loose Setting Powder, and Leg & Body Cover.  For other dermablend products, or if you live outside the Cleveland area, call your nearest retail department store to inquire as to whether they carry the Dermablend skincare line.

Q: How do I know which makeup color is best for my skin tone?

Log onto our site and click on the picture of the product to get a larger view of the makeup color.  Use the color palate provided to choose the shade that best matches your skin tone.  Otherwise, you may try looking for the Dermablend skincare line at your major retail department store and see if they offer color consultations.

Placing an order

Q: How can I purchase products from your website?

We currently do not take orders over the phone.  Orders can be placed from our Online Store.

Q: Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

No. We do not have access through customs to ship to Canada at this time.  We are working to implement this in the near future.  We also cannot ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: How much does it cost to ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska?

The shipping cost to these three locations is $16.95.  Shipping within the US is $7.95.  Receive  Free Shipping on most orders over $40.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, our packages are delivered via UPS Ground, and therefore we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: Where is your Wellness Store located?  What are the hours?

The store is located on the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in the Sydell & Arnold Miller Family Pavilion (Building J) at 9500 Euclid Ave., Cleveland OH 44106.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Q: How do I create an account on your website?

1. Visit our site www.clevelandclinicwellness.com
2. At the top of the page click Login/Register
3. Click the orange “Create Account” button
4. Enter your information and then click “Create Account”
5. You will receive an email confirming that your new account has been created

Q: My password doesn’t work and I can’t log into my account.  What do I do?

There may be several reasons why you may have trouble logging into your account.  Try the tips below, and if you’re still having trouble, contact Customer Care for help.
1. Check that your e-mail address is spelled correctly, and make sure that you input the same email address used when setting up your account.
2. Check that your password is spelled correctly.  Your password is case sensitive.  Remember that it must contain at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, and one numeral.
