The blue bar graph shows the number of times you did a relaxation practice in the past week. You should see a decrease in your overall perceived stress with more consistent relaxation practice. Remember that the relaxation practice and daily strategies are your keys to coping with and controlling the stress in your life. Be sure to do a relaxation practice at least four times each week.
